PayPal, Venmo for Apple Wallet

Paypal and Venmo account holders have the option to use them as quick payments to their Apple Wallet. Moreover, they can also use Apple Pay on their iPhone, iPad, and Mac for a more convenient purchasing experience on the apps and Safari.

The companies assured that using Apple Pay for paying is secure through its authentication process. Apple Pay uses Face ID, Touch ID, and a device passcode, along with a one-time PIN.

When making payments with Apple Pay the customers are entitled to various benefits. Customers can earn 2 percent on purchases with PayPal Cashback Credit Card, PayPal Rewards points with PayPal Debit Card, cashback with Venmo's Credit and Debit Card, and many more.

How to Add PayPal and Venmo to Apple Wallet

To set your PayPal and Venmo accounts to Apple Wallet just open your Apple Wallet app and manually input your card details. Once the card is added, purchases can be easily paid with just an authentication using Face ID or Touch ID. Customers can also hold their iPhone or Apple Watch near a reader.

PayPal also announced that there is still an upcoming option for its customers. In the coming months, the PayPal Business Debit Card or Venmo credit or debit cards will also be added to the Apple Wallet.

This will be good news as a survey from Morning Consult revealed that almost half of Americans are using mobile wallets more than on-hand cash for their purchases.
