Amnesia: The Bunker Halloween Special

Game studio Frictional Games has been teasing the fans about the Halloween update since September. Starting October 25, gamers can now enjoy the various updates, especially the Shell Shock mode.

The new game mode is perfect for players who want to be challenged. The studio promised that the Shell Shock mode is made to enjoy the most hardcore experience, calling it a "true test of guts." Meanwhile, the new custom mode gives the players over 30 settings and parameters to explore.

In addition, the new modes also feature new stalker behaviors for increased unpredictability, a sublevel fuse system, a hardcore version of the health system, randomized corpses, dog tags, and locker locations. There is also a new training grounds level wherein players can refresh or practice their skills.

However, the studio reminded the players that the new modes are not easily available upon updating. Since most of the updates are part of the New Game+ features, players can only access them by completing the game or any difficulty once.

Fortunately, the game developers created a cheat that will allow players to access the Halloween additions to the game immediately. Players must select the New Game option and then hold any key or button, except for the key that returns to the previous screen, for ten seconds. This will give a prompt of "New Game+" and then they can proceed to play it.

The Amnesia: The Bunker patch update includes more than 70 gameplay improvements, general fixes, and miscellaneous fixes.
