What to Expect in Euphoria Season 3

The end of season two ends with a variety of character development from each character. For instance, Lexi made a play that bears similarity to Maddy's life and went on a rampage with her ex-best friend, Cassie. Meanwhile, Nate tipped off the police about his father's explicit videos.

Despite of many things happening, Rue ended the season as she revealed that she has been cleaned for the rest of the school year and is now looking forward to the future. This leaves a lot of room for fans to wonder what to expect with season three.

Although there haven't been that many details revealed about the third season, showmaker Sam Levinson teased in August that the next episodes are "film noir." He also hinted that Rue will play a bigger part as Levinson will "explore what it means to be an individual with principles in a corrupt world."

2025 Big Year for HBO

Aside from the return of "Euphoria", HBO also announced that other shows will be coming in as well in 2025. This includes the second season of "The Last of Us", season three of "The White Lotus", and the "It" prequel series "Welcome to Derry."

While many series are still in production, Levinson also produced the controversial series "The Idol" which starred Lily-Rose Depp. However, the series was canceled by HBO after one season.

Meanwhile, fans of "House of Dragon" are assured that the series will return in early summer of 2024. Bloys also revealed that there is an upcoming "Game of Thrones" spinoff. Based on George R.R. Martin's "Dunk and Egg" books, "A Knight of the Seven Kingdoms: The Hedge Knight" will start the production next spring.
