Microsoft Outlook Will Work On Apple Watch

The Outlook version for the Apple Watch was announced on Thursday. This is good news for those who are always checking their emails. Now they will be able to do it on the go, on their smart Apple Watch gadget.

The Apple Watch is still fresh on the market, being launched around four months ago. But the smart gadget has already become very popular. According to reports from Canalys, Apple was able to already sell in the second quarter around 4.2 million watches. These record numbers make Apple world's number one wearable band vendor, on top of brand names like Xiaomi, Fitbit and all other smartwatch vendors. And this performance was possible despite Apple Watch's higher price tag.

Perhaps the great success on the market made software company Microsoft to adapt its email application Outlook on Apple's smart gadget. The new Outlook version for Apple Watch will send users some "focused Inbox Watch notifications." This way the users of Apple Watch will be able to see what's happening in their inbox right from the Watch's Glance screen and never miss an important message again.

By swiping from the watch face users, can access their next calendar appointments and their unread emails. The application allows browsing and reading full emails right on the Apple Watch screen. It is also possible to schedule messages for later, to flag, delete, or archive them. The application comes with features such as voice dictation, emoji and a set of pre-written Quick Replies.

With the updated Wunderlist, Microsoft also comes to help users of the Apple Watch to easily capture their ideas on the go. Wunderlist for Apple Watch comes with a new feature that let users to you easily create to-do items and then add automatically a Reminder and a Due Date. In order to make use of these features, users can just open the app, and then via Force Touch, give a voice command. The redesigned Wunderlist's Glance shows up user agenda with the top four to-dos.

Microsoft has also planned to make available soon the version for the Apple Watch of its business social network Yammer. The upcoming app will notify users about updates to relevant conversations and important announcements. Meanwhile, owners of Apple Watch can download Wunderlist and Outlook from the App Store for free.
