Toshiba Outs Affordable 10-Inch Convertible

There has been a slew of Windows laptop-tablet hybrids manufactured by Chinese manufactures to bring consumers of every country affordable everyday devices that have enough horsepower to plow through documentations, media playback, and a little bit of gaming. However, for consumers that want to take a breather from Chinese-manufactured devices, Toshiba is offering the Satellite Click 10 -- an affordable Windows 10 hybrid powered by an Intel.

For starters, the Satellite Click 10 is well souped up - it comes with an Intel Atom X5 chipset, 2GB of RAM and storage flavors go with either 32GB or 64GB. The 10-inch display also supports a maximum resolution of 1920 x 1200, so media playback in full HD will not be a probblem. WiFi and Bluetooth are onboard and snappers go with a front facing 2MP and a primary 8MP shooter.

As it already ships with Windows 10 in its core, the Satellite Click 10 will feature a multidirectional microphone to fully utilize Cortana. It also comes with a dedicated Cortana button to give its users instant access to Microsoft's personal assistant.

As the Satellite Click 10 is tagged as a productivity device, Toshiba is including the full suite of Microsoft's Office pre-installed in the package.

The Satellite Click 10 is not unlike Toshiba's line of Satellite devices as it sports a similar design language. It features a mini HDMI slot, a microSD card slot for storage expansion, and a headphone jack. Toshiba is also addding a detachable keyboard into the package -- it adds up two USB slots and a trackpad for full on productivity.

The Japanese multinational conglomerate corporation is also pricing the Satellite Click 10 rather competitively. The suggested retail price starts at $349 for the 32GB flavor, while the 64GB variant can be bought at $369 -- a cheap price increase for those looking to get double the storage without having to dish out the big bucks.
