The differences between the two versions of the device are evidently seen in the color accuracy. Users who need to be particular with the colors may want to opt for the 100 percent offered by the 4K model, as the other variant only gives 72 percent.

The new gadget is powered by the dual-core sixth-generation Intel m5-6Y54 processor and runs at up to 2.7 GHz. Users may choose between a storage size of 128 GB SSD or 256 GB SSD. The DDR3 Memory is a sizable 8 GB. The device has two ports for charging. It also includes a USB Type-C to Type-A adapter for USB-cord devices.

The prices for the new gadgets have not been disclosed as of yet, but they are expected to rival those of the Microsoft devices. The Dell XPS 12 is projected to be released by January next year. Dell has also announced important updates for the XPS 13 and XPS 15. The devices boast an 18-hour battery life. It will be great if the feature is also on the XPS 12.
