The Walking Dead: No Man's Land iOS Game Launched By AMC

AMC and Next Games are set to launch The Walking Dead: No Man's Land on iOS 9. It is a turn-based tactical role-playing game based on The Walking Dead TV series that promises excitement and a lot of blood and gore.

Similar to the recent Road to Survival, No Man's Land features the hero Daryl Dixon of The Walking Dead TV hit series. The game starts with a rail car with three survivors making its way to Terminus. After a few gameplay instructions, players will find themselves in the realm of zombies. Being in a pinch, Daryl springs into action, giving the three survivors a helping hand and escape the zombies of Terminus.

Walking Dead enthusiasts might be confused why the lead hero Daryl helps Rick and the other survivors in the game, but what really matters is Daryl is helping out. The lead game hero will help the survivors build a base, find survivors, update skills, upgrade weaponries, and complete missions to successions.

Before No Man's Land, there was a recent Walking Dead game version by Telltale. The game was of the action genre, but was pulled out from the Apple's App Store due to some compatibility issues.

Players exposed to turn-based games will not have a hard time playing No Man's Land. There is nothing new in the game's turn-based category except for its setting. Though this is the official Walking Dead game for iOS, the characters do not provide any voice work, so players will have to read it out while there is a scenario where the heroes are talking with each other.

The Walking Dead: No Man's Land is a freemium game, so players will need to balance their resources like gas, food rations, gold, and experience points. Freemium games are tied up with pricing strategies, meaning real money, so players would not would not want to exhaust their resources unless one is willing to spend it all out on game updates, upgrades and healing the injured people.

Also, the The Walking Dead: No Man's Land game requires a good Internet connection as they cannot play the game when they go offline. With good Wi-Fi connectivity, the game can be pretty entertaining, especially for Walking Dead fanatics who love to get rid of those brain-eating zombies.
