'Dawn Of War 3' Gameplay & News: DLC Introduces New Races, Three Factions; More Simplified Gaming System

The much-awaited real-time strategy game "Warhammer 40,000: Dawn Of War 3" is confirmed for release. Not only will it relive the lore and warfare that the first and second installments brought, but it seems to be the kind of game that fans have been waiting for. So what will the new installment offer?

According to TechnoBuffalo, Relic Entertainment has officially revealed the coming of "Dawn Of War 3" in a way of unveiling an announcement trailer. And sure enough, the first screenshots say it all. The upcoming real-time strategy game is worth the wait.

The graphics are faithful to the lore, while the characters seem not to deviate from their origins. It is safe to say that not a single detail has been sacrificed and, more importantly, the never-ending war seems to be as exciting as ever.

While gamers somehow have knowledge about what "Dawn Of War 3" offers, the game's feature still remains a mystery.

As reported by GameReactor, the "Dawn Of War 3" gameplay aims to combine the best features of the first and second installments in the fan-favorite franchise. The campaign in particular will reportedly include three playable races -- namely, the Orks, the Eldar and the Space Marines.

The said campaign is certainly a fresh addition, as the base of the franchise only discussed the story of the Space Marines. The story mode, on the other hand, will find gamers involved in three factions, attempting to obtain an enchanted, mysterious weapon.

The "Dawn Of War 3" gameplay introduces each faction with unique sets of elites, heroes, units and abilities. Same with the previous installments, the third game will also have Gabriel Angelos leading the group of Space Marine Blood Ravens, as they battle the Eldar Farseer as well as the Ork Warlord.

Also, the base building will be reintroduced in the "Dawn Of War 3" gameplay, including larger armies. Moreover, the game is bound to bring a more simplified in-game system, allowing a cleared counterplay for the gamers. Hence, battlefields will be much easier to trek.
