There are plenty of smart phones to choose from in the market and it is becoming a little trendy to go beyond the norm in terms of brand. Companies like Samsung and Apple are slightly suffering as the likes of Asus and OnePlus, who offer cheaper alternatives, are starting to get larger market shares.

Users now have more decisions to make. It is not just about paying more or less, or carrying a certain name around, but about what features are truly important and what will give an individual the most wear for his or her money. There are two in particular that are already available in the market - the Zenfone 3 Deluxe and the OnePlus 3.

According to Gadgets 360, the Zenfone 3 Deluxe is actually the second tier unit in Asus' Zenfone series. The unit has a clear 23 megapixel rear camera and a 8 megapixel front camera and was released in May of this year. It has a battery capacity of 3000mAH, which is built in and not removable. The display is 1080 x 1920 pixels and 5.7 inches.

The Zenfone 3 Deluxe has a quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 820 processor. It has 6GB of RAM and 64GB of internal storage, but also has a microSD card slot that is compatible with as much as 245GB. The Asus device is available in Gold, Silver and Grey.

Meanwhile, the OnePlus 3 has a 16 megapixel rear camera and an 8 megapixel front camera. As noted by The Gospel Herald, the OnePlus 3, like the Zenfone 3 Deluxe, has a built in battery, which has a capacity of 3000mAH. The display is 1080 x 1920 pixels along a 5.5inch screen.

The unit also has a 1.6GHz quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 820 processor. The OnePlus 3 has 6GB of RAM and 64GB of internal storage, but is not compatible with additional storage via a microSD sim. It is only available in Graphite and Soft Gold.
