PlayStation Neo Finally Gets Release Date; Console To Increase Sony's Market Success?

PlayStation Neo (also known as PS 4.5) has since been the center of talks recently. If the upcoming console's features remain to be a mystery, its release date is finally known. And as soon as it hits the market, this next-gen console is believed to take Sony to greater heights.

A lot of fans have been expecting for the tech giant to unveil PlayStation Neo at Electronic Entertainment Expo (E3). But to the dismay of many, it did not happen. Hence the hype continues to snowball as each day passes by.

However, according to Cinema Blend, Sony is likely to release PlayStation Neo on November this year. And not just that -- the console is said to have a design that uniquely supports 4K gaming as well as Virtual Reality.

While this could certainly pique the interest of many, some just find it skeptical. First and foremost, the rumored specs of PlayStation Neo (along with the Xbox One, also an upcoming next-gen console) are not enough to deliver triple-A games. Well, let alone when settings are tweaked at max at 4K.

Nonetheless, PlayStation Neo could still be of much use to making games bigger (and even better) at 1080 p with an fps of 60. And if this happens, then Sony's forthcoming console could be an ideal solution to gamers who are looking for such capability.

Regardless of the specs and whatnots, Gamer Center Online reports that the launching of PlayStation Neo could be of utmost significance to Sony. This is most especially that the company is looking to release an average quantity of 20 million untis.

Furthermore, PlayStation Neo is also believed to be not entirely a new gen-console. Instead, it will offer some premium options to its owners. From better graphical performance to better gaming experience, these are but part of the console's ideal goals in the future.

It is also worth noting that PlayStation Neo does not give rigorous workload to the developers. Why? That is because the development environment is pretty much the same with the current PlayStation 4 version.
