12" Macbook 2015 Ultimate 7-Day Sale: Apple Takes $550 Off Top-Of-The-Line Laptop

It is no secret that Apple has some of the most expensive products in the market. Of course, this is only paired with some of the more impressive specs and designs in the industry. However, with the upcoming products from Apple, there are some deals available for older gen gadgets. One such deal is coming from B&H.

As Apple Insider notes, this is the lowest price that an authorized seller from Apple is offering the 2015 MacBook. B&H is knocking out $550 instantly, bringing the price down to just $990.00. In addition, B&H is throwing in free shipping and a copy of Parallels Desktop 11 or Mac (OEM).

What truly sets this deal apart is the 1.3GHz processor installed in the 2015 MacBook. A gadget of this caliber is not normally so steeply discounted. As the publication claims, the deal from B&H is $500 cheaper than any other current deal.

B&H will also not be collecting sales tax on orders that share shipped outside of New York. In effect, buyers outside of New York are saving up to $675 all around. The deal, however, ends on July 15.

According to B&H, the MacBook has a 12 inch Retina display that has 2304 x 1440 resolution. Powering the MacBook is a fifth-generation Broadwell Intel Core M processor, 8GB of RAM and 256GB of internal storage. The fan is absent from the MacBook in question, which gave Apple more room for the battery. What resulted is 30% more battery power than the unit's predecessor. The absent fan also means that the device is virtually silent.

The 2015 MacBook sports a Force Touch trackpad. This provides a click sensation when the user presses anywhere n the surface. There is also a USB-C port for charging, a USB 3.0 that offers a way to connect external devices and peripherals, and video output that supports HDMI, VGA, and Mini DisplayPort connections.
