Is 'GTA 6' Really Happening Or Cancelled? Rumored Feature Allows Players To Traverse The World

There has been so much hype around "GTA 6" since its predecessor was released. Sure enough, fans of the crime-themed franchise cannot wait to get ahold of the newest installment. However, there have been rumors about the game being cancelled, especially with Rockstar being very hesitant in releasing any information about the upcoming title. Meanwhile, it is also speculated that the game, if it does indeed make it to the market, would allow players to travel across the world thanks to a rumored World Map feature.

"GTA 6" was a big disappointment in the recently concluded Electronic Entertainment Expo (E3). Obviously, fans were hoping for Rockstar to reveale the game. However, it did not happen. Due to this alone, many speculated that the title is not entirely happening at all.

It holds true, too, that up until now, the studio remains mum about the progress of "GTA 6" as a whole. Hence there have been rumors about the tile being cancelled for a reason that remains a mystery, as reported by Christian Daily.

It is why "GTA 6" hopeful fans are relying to all sorts of talks and/or rumors pertaining to the supposed title. Speaking of which, it is said to allow players to have the chance to traverse the world, thanks to a new alleged feature called World Map, as reported by Yibada.

If this is to be true, such "GTA 6" feature is certainly a huge step for Rockstar. But of course, it would take the title's developers a great amount of time and effort to fully generate such a massive and valuable component. Well, it is safe to say that Rockstar can somehow bring it to a reality. After all, they are a company that has proven itself throughout the years.

As of this writing, the aforementioned feature as well as other rumored aspects of the game are to be taken with a grain of salt. Again, Rockstar has neither confirmed nor given out any "GTA 6" specifics to date. But if the game will indeed be cancelled, it will surely be a huge disappointment.
