'Pokemon Go' Plus To Be Released On July 31

The release of "Pokemon Go's" accompanying wristband device called the "Pokemon GO" Plus has been announced for July 31.

 According to Mobile&Apps, "Pokemon Go" Plus much-awaited release date is expected on July 31. In the United Kingdom the highly anticipated device will launch in mid-August.

The wristband device "Pokemon Go" Plus will change the way gamers play the game. According to Alphr, the wristband-mounted accessory will be equipped with a standalone peripheral that will allow users play out certain game actions without the need to look on their mobile phone's screen and the game app the whole time.

The "Pokemon Go" Plus device will apparently light up and vibrate in the event that a Pokemon is nearby. By then, the gamer press the button to capture the Pokemon.

Nintendo has previously stated that the one-button-catch feature will work only on Pokemon caught before. Gamers will be able to check what they have caught only when the "Pokemon Go" Plus device is connected to an appropriate mobile device.

According to Ecumenical News, a lot of gamers are waiting to the "Pokemon Go" Plus device in order to get the needed advantage and boost their gaming experience. Pokemon Go's official website explains that the small small wristband will connect to the user's smartphone via Bluetooth low energy.

At the recent Electronic Entertainment Expo (E3) it was announced that the "Pokemon Go" Plus will be launched in the United States on July 31 and later on Aug. 31 in the United Kingdom. The wristband device will cost $34.99 in the United Stated or £34.99 in the United Kingdom.

The design of the "Pokemon Go" Plus is a mix of a Poke Ball case cover shaped like a Google Maps pin. The device weights 13 grams and measures 46 x 33 x 17.55 mm. It will only work with the Apple iOS 8 or higher. Android compatibility will not be available at the launch.
