Teen Choice Awards 2016 News: 'The Flash' Star Grant Gustin Wins Teen Choice, Justin Timberlake Speech And More!

Teen Choice Awards aired last Sunday night and there have been a lot of highlights on the Awards night, including the speeches made by the winners, who told a lot about the society to the teenagers watching at the time.

Among the winners of last night's Teen Choice Awards was Grant Gustin, as Barry Allen/The Flash in the CW Series, entitled "The Flash." He was chosen as the Choice TV Actor for the Sci-Fi/Fantasy category. This has been the second time that he won the award in the said category and he could not be more thankful.

According to Design and Trend, Grant Gustin did not stop his expression of gratitude on stage and even took to his Twitter account to thank everyone who voted for him, teen or not. He was also nominated for Choice Tv: Liplock and Choice TV: Chemistry, sharing it with his "The Flash" co-star, Candice Patton.

Aside from Grant Gustin's win, other highlights during the Teen Choice Awards nigh came about. Among these was Justin Timberlake's speech on his 23rd win for the Teen Choice Awards. The singer even gave a heartfelt speech making mistakes and failing along the way. He sent out encouragement to the young people, "don't waste your 20s. So go out, do the impossible and just go on and become the greatest generation yet," as reported by CNN.

Another speech about the society is Jessica Alba and Ne-Yo's say about it. The stars were on stage with the families of the victims during the shooting in Dallas, Orlando, Newtown and San Bernardino. They altogether encouraged everyone to stop the violence.

The hosts of the awards night, John Cena and Victoria Justice made funny impersonations on presidential nominees, Donald Trump and Hillary Clinton. This lightened up the mood amidst the chaotic campaign period. The audience were simply amused by the impersonation act.
