Episode 55 To Air On August 21, 2016

Fans of the animated series have been wondering why "Dragon Ball Super" Episode 55 was not aired last Sunday, August 14 as scheduled. It has recently been confirmed that the reason behind postponing the episode airing that day was a special program made for the Rio Olympics 2016 on Fuji TV, as reported by Movie News Guide.

Instead, the episode will air on August 21, 2016 at the same time and fans will finally get to see what happens when Omni-King meets Goku and know the reason why he was being summoned in the first place.

The preview of "Dragon Ball Super" episode 55 has been released and it begins with Goku not realizing that Omni-King is summoning him. He then inquires what he wants to know, thus the preview ended with the episode title "A Summon from the Omni-King."

Son Goku transforms into Super Saiyan Blue

In the future upcoming episodes of "Dragon Ball Super," it is speculated that three Saiyans will be seen fighting with Black Goku. On top of that Son Goku will in fact transform into Super Saiyan Blue while Black Goku into Super Saiyan Rose. This is allegedly going to be formed when the two engage in their rematch battle.

Goku will also be seen going to the future alongside Vegeta and Future Trunks, as they encounter resistance inside a destroyed city. Aside from that, they will also encounter someone unexpected but there hasn't been any report as to who that is. Running theories on that subject matter are not vivid as well.
