‘Naruto Shippuden’ Anime Series To End In Two Weeks (Episode 475) With Naruto and Sasuke’s Final Battle?

Currently on episode 472 (473 expected to air today), avid "Naruto" fans and manga followers are aware that "Naruto Shippuden" anime series is progressing closer to its end.  Early predictions are saying it is going to end on the 500th episode or before it reaches 500-now it is more likely to end at episode 475. Only three episodes away!

The last few episodes shows the grueling battle between Kaguya and Naruto, which leaves fans at least only two volumes more of manga material (chapters 687 to 700). SaiyanIsland even released a schedule based on the manga plot that the anime will end at episode 475.

"Naruto Shippuden" schedule released by SaiyanIsland:

  • August 25, 2016: Episode 473- "Sharingan, Once More"
  • September 01, 2016: Episode 474- "Congratulations!"
  • September 08, 2016: Episode 475- "Valley of the End"

It seems like Studio Pierrot, the company responsible for producing "Naruto Shippuden," isn't going to add fillers or flashbacks (which they are definitely notorious of, much to everyone's criticism) to extend the Naruto Shippuden's more than seven-year run.  Among the most annoying fillers were during the Infinite Tsukuyomi arc also known as Infinite filler jutsu to fans.

As Enstarz reported, The concluding episode will be the epic (and certainly the final) battle between Naruto and Sasuke in the "Valley of the End" where they will fight until they tore off an arm from each other and Sakura comes to the rescue. Fans are also expecting to see a bit of the epilogue where Naruto marries Hinata and becomes the seventh hokage.

The series' end will transfer the spotlight to "Boruto: Naruto the Next Generations" manga which is currently serializing on chapter 4. The manga follows the misadventures of young Boruto and his overworked Hokage father, Naruto, on a more technologically advanced setting (they finally learned how to send emails, at last), with recent spoilers hints possible danger befalling to Konoha.
