Nintendo NX Rumor: Prototype Screen, Controller, USB Ports Revealed?

Nintendo NX rumors have been floating around since Nintendo has kept a tight lid on its upcoming gaming platform. Many believed that it will be a hybrid home and mobile game console.

2. Nvidia Tegra Mobile Chips - There are rumors that Nvidia will supply its Tegra processor chips to Nintendo NX It is also rumored Nvidia even sacrificed its Shield Tablet upgrade to avoid any conflict of interest with Nintendo.

3. Nintendo Game Package - It seems that the Japanese game maker will stick to cartridge. This is still being debated upon since many new games today have high storage requirements.

4. Nintendo Wii U Replacement - There is a rumor that NX is intended to replace the Wii U console. However, this rumor is denied by Nintendo.

Latest on the Nintendo NX Rumor Mill

1. Nintendo NX screen size - There are rumors that a prototype model features a 6.2 inch and multi-touchscreen with a resolution of 720 pixels, according to Nintendo Life.

2. USB Ports - There is also a rumor that the base module prototype has two USB ports

It is important to note that the latest rumors could not be confirmed by other sources yet. Chances are that the screen size and USB ports may turn out to be false. Still, no one can confirm or debunk any of these rumors right now.

Nintendo NX Release Date

The Nintendo NX is expected to be launch on March 2017. Several games will be included simultaneously or shortly after its release including Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild, Pokemon and Mario series.
