A video posted by Laura Kate Dale has confused gamers worldwide. Dale claims that the product she is reviewing is Sony's new and upcoming PS 4 Slim edition. The product review seems in depth enough. Basically, the alleged upcoming PS 4 has little difference with the current generation except for its slimmer look. Dale also said that it's also "cooler and quitter".

Sony for its part has neither confirmed nor refuted Dale's PS 4 Slim product review, according to Kotaku. The Japanese company's silence has led speculations over the matter. There is the possibility that Sony officials might be embarrassed by the leak and has decided to keep quiet about it. This is a strong possibility since Sony could out rightly discredit Dale for presenting a PS 4 slim hoax.

Where did Dale Get the PS 4 Slim?

Dale claimed that she got the alleged PS 4 Slim from a UK retailer who handed the unit to her. She did acknowledge that she might get into legal trouble for presenting an upcoming PS 4 unit that has yet to be announced to the public.

PS 4 Slim Viewers Reaction

Viewers' comments on the PS 4 Slim product review video were varied. But a number of commenters were in disbelief that Dale could get her hands on PS 4 Slim unit that Sony would not even confirmed of its existence. Many were also disappointed that the upcoming PlayStation will not be as powerful as its predecessor. This is possibly the reason why many of the comments turn ugly. Insults were also hurled at Dale.

Sooner or later however, Sony would have to prove or disprove Dale's PS 4 Slim claims.
