According to reports, show narrator Anthony Mendez confirmed that Jane will give up her virginity on Jane the Virgin Season 3.

"At this point, we don't know where they're heading with anything," Mendez said.

"All I do know is that Jennie [Snyder Urman] had mentioned that Jane would loose her virginity this season, but we either don't know or can't say when that happens," he added.

Although Jane’s losing of virginity in the series is not the most important thing that we should be bothered about since it is a natural fact after a couple exchanged their vows, it will alter the essence of the show.
