iPhone 7 Release Cancelled After Massive Leak; Is It True Or Just Another Marketing Strategy?

The Apple iPhone 7 hasn't been released yet, and it may not be for a while, at least according to a massive leak. Since this device has been trending on the web for months, it has already been setting up trends even before its release.

Everyone is making a fuss about the Apple iPhone 7 release especially after information about its features were leaked, and because of that leak there have been news that the iPhone 7 release is cancelled. Is there any truth to this or is this just a marketing strategy to boost their sales at its launching event?

iPhone 7 Launch Cancelled?

Sources suggest that Apple released iOS 10 beta, and it is a little difficult to navigate. The initial waves after the installation of iOS 10 beta could cripple your iPhone, but they can still iron out the kinks and this can't be a good enough reason to just cancel the iPhone 7 release.

Could it be because of the rumors circulating in the tech world that Apple is currently facing supply shortages since their suppliers from mainland China are rebeling against them from their terrible treatment? Apple's CEO and COO have already aired their statements and refuted these allegations, but the question still stands - is it true that the iPhone 7 release is cancelled?

iPhone Launch Still Scheduled

The cancellation of the iPhone 7 release is not true. Apple is not cancelling their most-awaited flagship just because of some bugs in the operating system, they assured consumers that they are already smoothing things over. Apple also addressed the allegations from their foreign laborers, and made it clear that they have already worked out the kinks with their manufacturers.

What remains true though is the iPhone 7 Pro release is cancelled, and it won't be launched this year or ever.  Apple believes that the iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 plus are already good enough. The iPhone 7 Pro was probably the most anticipated model for this year's batch of iPhones to be launched. Others have dubbed it as "the big bad", with its integrated smart connector functionality, a dual lens camera and a huge 5.8-inch display - who wouldn't call it "the big bad"?

According to a report published on Forbes, Apple dropped the iPhone 7 pro because they will launch it as the iPhone 8 in 2017. If that is truly the case, I guess our next question is - how will Apple surprise us next year if we already know that the next iPhone 8 is just an overhauled iPhone 7 Pro?
