'Game of Thrones' Kit Harington Takes Lead In New 'Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare' Trailer, Conor McGregor Featured

Game of Thrones' Kit Harington recently suited up for space as an evil officer in a cameo for "Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare."

The brand new COD Infinite Warfare footage (please see below) showcases everyone's favorite Lord Commander turn himself as a snarling admiral with a sheer distaste for human life as Salen Kotch, head honcho for the Settlement Defense Front, as reported in Rolling Stone.

Joining Harrington digital persona is another true to life angry athlete, courtesy of UFC champ Conor McGregor, who is also digitized as Captain Bradley Fillion. Obviously, the MMA fighter is playing a bad guy in "Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare."

The "Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare" plot in which Harrington is involved deals with their Martian colony defense against added transplants coming from Earth, who like them wants to call Mars their new home.

With interstellar operations, artificial intelligence wing-men, and starship battles, this promises to be a unique chapter for Call of Duty, though perhaps not video games in general.

Other familiar Call of Duty actors involved in the motion-capture venture are David Harewood (Homeland, The Night Manager) as Sergeant Omar, Claudia Christian (Babylon 5) as Captain Ferran, Jamie Gray Hyder (True Blood, Graceland) as Lieutenant Nora Salter and Brian Bloom as protagonist Captain Nick Reyes.

In related news, the HBO series 'Game of Thrones' is still far-off with its premier but a latest rumor surrounding the George RR Martin adaptation delves into King Robert Baratheon's only surviving son, the once bull helmet-wearing Gendry (portrayed by Joe Dempsie), according to Watchers on the Wall.

Dempsie was last seen in an episode where he set off to Dragonstone and since then has not been involved in the production shoot. However, a fan caught sight of the GOT actor in a Belfast airport and a photo was taken by that contact which was posted on the above website.
