It's been 20 years since the first release of the Tomb Raider franchise.

Rise of the The Tomb Raider is a sequel to 2013 Tomb Raider - an action game adventure developed by Crystal Dynamics and Square Enix as its developer.

There are a lot of new features installed on the new Rise of the Tomb Raider. A new chapter called Blood Ties is added. Where the players can freely explore Croft Manor and then defend it against a zombie assault.

The stage is called Lara's Nightmare. A division or rift between Lara and her uncle is shown on the game as well. Lara must search to find proof that she is the rightful owner and heir of the Croft royalties.

A special edition of the game is also intact - a feature which is called co-op multiplayer. Basically, players and fans alike can experience the brutal wilderness together through endurance mode.

Lara Croft is again set ablazed with these new exciting adventures. Players control Lara through various situations, destroying enemies while using improvised weapons, and finishing some puzzle or riddles

Gameplay for the new Rise of the Tomb Raider has been redesigned. More options for a sneak and stealth attack were created too. Lara can use the environment as her defense mechanism - more like a camouflage. It is where she can confuse the enemies by blending in with its surroundings.

Rise of the Tomb Raider launches on October 11th 2016 for PS4 and PC. The 20 Year Celebration Editions new content will also be available via upgrade pack on Xbox One and PC.

After two decades, Lara Croft and the Tomb Raider franchise is still one of the best action-adventure games ever created.
