With just a week away from its season 2 premiere on Sept. 25, "Quantico" star Priyanka Chopra gave fans a quick preview of what to expect in the new season's first episode Kudove. The "Quantico" star who looked stunning in a scarlet gown during the Emmy Awards was one of the fashion icons which is the farthest thing from what you would expect of the thriller's lead female character.

If the teaser of the series premiere is any indication, Chopra would continue battling crime while being embroiled in intrigue in the sophomore season of "Quantico".

At the end of Season 1, Parrish had to be let go by the FBI even after all charges against her were dropped. The CIA takes her into their fold and recruits her to be one of them. With the tension between the two government organizations, Parrish needs to choose between her friends in FBI and CIA while dealing with her personal and professional issues.

Preview of "Quantico" Season 2 Premiere

Picking up from the end of Season 1, Parrish is back with more grit and a new hairstyle. From the looks of it, she has been coping well with her new life.

The episode would still have the same punch that "Quantico" has been known for. Parrish is investigating a hostage-taking situation involving high-ranking FBI officials and the U.S. President. The hostage takers demand the freedom of one Arab terrorist in exchange for the lives of the country's top officials in their custody.

More Sizzle between Alex and Ryan

From the teaser, "Quantico" fans who are pushing for more scenes between Parrish and Ryan Booth (Jake McLaughlin) can expect to see a development between these two. The new season will continue exploring the chemistry between them while they are entangled in another exciting crime .

The thriller series "Quantico" would take the 10 pm EST slot every Sunday on ABC and the premiere episode is set to air on Sept. 25.
