Rumors claim that Saitama's true source of power will be revealed in "One Punch Man" Season 2. Apparently, one of the antagonists, Amai Mask will be the one responsible for the said discovery.
Amai Mask is one of the three possible villains to appear in "One Punch Man" Season 2, which also include Garou and Lord Boros.
Also known as Sweet Mask, the good-looking villain also works as an actor and singer. Amai Mask stated that he believes heroes are to protect the citizens, and if they can't do that, they should strive harder to be stronger. He also believes that heroes should be a perfect example to the public, thus he adheres to any method that makes heroes popular.
Amai Mask also notes that promotions to S-Class or A-Class must be taken seriously since heroes from those ranks draw more attention to the public. He believes that any heroes in those ranks who earned negative reputations will badly reflect on him as well. Apparently, the reason why he stayed in the A-Class Rank 1 position is to prevent unworthy heroes from promoting to S-Class.
The handsome villain is also very narcissistic about "beauty is overwhelming the power," as he said about his philosophy that "heroes have to be beautiful as well". However, things changed when he became interested in Saitama and his true power. He becomes more focus on the overwhelming power than beauty alone. It was believed that Amai Mask will unveil Saitama's true source of power and use it on his own purposes in "One Punch Man" Season 2.
Blast's True Identity To Be Revealed In "One Punch Man" Season 2
Blast's true identity is expected to be revealed in "One Punch Man" Season 2. Apparently, there were rumors claiming that the S-Class Rank 1 Hero is actually Saitama when he had his hair. Although this theory has been nullified, fans speculate that Blast might be related to Saitama in a way, perhaps a family member.
There were also speculations that Blast could be a powerful psychic and leads an army of robots. Also, some claim that he is a normal human whose limiter was removed just like Saitama.
Although no final confirmation yet, fans are looking forward to see what these characters have in store for the next season.
