Since Dark Souls 3 announced its first of two promised DLC about a month ago, fans were hyped on the new contents the expansion packs would bring. Currently, the developers had released yet another spice to the fans as the latest gameplay trailer for Ashes of Ariandel DLC is now live. The trailer was filled with lots of content surprises and spoils. In addition, for the fans who did not want to get any spoilers, it is suggested to avoid it until the day of its official release.

According to Game Rant, the latest gameplay trailer is entitled 'Divert Thine Eyes'. The new Ashes of Ariandel gameplay trailer shows a snowy landscape which later highlights its signature combat battle. Some of the highlights that were seen are the axe-wielding giant and the macabre-looking creature which the main character faces on different occasions.

Apparently, the last portion of the clip was considered the most intriguing part as it was rumored to reveal the DLC's huge, stone-wielding boss. On the other hand, players are also expected to have new set of weapons and armors offered in the upcoming expansion pack. According to PC Gamer, Ashes of Ariandel will also offer new magic and some feature additions on the game's popular competitive multiplayer mode. It will also provide new experiences to expand on the game's current plot.

Ashes of Ariandel is one of the first two DLC bundles. The expansion pack costs $15 as a standalone item while players can also secure both copies before their arrival by purchasing the season pass for $25.

Dark Souls 3 Ashes of Ariandel will be released on October 25, 2016 for PC, Xbox One and PlayStation 4.
