"Making a Murderer’s" Brendan Dassey is yet to face a remarkable life – turning events in the coming months with the possibility of his approaching release from prison and in overcoming his fears of the outside world.

Recently, Dassey joined his lawyers in filing a Motion for Release on Personal Recognizance. They are requesting the courts to grant the petitioner his freedom as soon as possible after his conviction was overturned last month.

Should the appeal get an approval, the 26-year-old along with his legal counsel has written a release plan that will bring back his life outside jail.

Per Rolling Stones’ report, the details of the release plan will commence with Dassey’s living with his mother Barb Tadych .

"Counsel has identified an arrangement that would allow Petitioner to spend the initial one to three months of his release on bond living in a family-owned trailer with his mother in rural northeast Wisconsin," Dassey's lawyers wrote.

He is also expected to get involve in educational, vocational and therapeutic services. The said activities will definitely boost his confidence, learning and social skills.

Meanwhile, Dassey’s mother admits that his son will be challenged with the new life that he’ll be facing soon as he gets out of prison.

A report related the thoughts of Tadych about the impending discharge of her son.

“Actually he is very excited to get out of there and he knows he doesn't belong in there. But I think he's scared a little bit of going into the outside world, it's changed big time. He's going to have to learn everything from scratch, but he's got us to help rehabilitate him, we're going to be there every step of the way.”

Dassey was sentenced to 41 years in prison after being tried as an accomplice in the rape and murder of photographer Teresa Halbach.
