Battery Replacement For Samsung Galaxy Note 7 - Still Have Issues

Samsung is one of the leading brands around the globe. From retail stores and corporate postpaid plan holders, this phone is enticingly gorgeous and economic. However, it set them back unwantedly that Galaxy Note 7 was highlighted due to numerous safety issue reports. There have been sold batteries that were unsafe, and with some reportedly even exploding while charging.

The company was very quick to respond and act in accepting the responsibility for the oversight on the quality of assurance policy, and took steps to correct it. They hold the process of making batteries made by Samsung SDI, one of the two suppliers producing Galaxy Note 7 batteries as well as mandate all to return the devices for free replacements. They are also looking into the Operating System of the phone that might also trigger the malfunctioning. The battery replacements for Samsung Galaxy Note 7 have started, but unfortunately some of the replacement devices still experience battery issues, which includes overheating.

According to the Wall Street Journal, YTN, a South Korea TV Network, received numerous reports of the new replaced Galaxy Note 7 devices that are experiencing fast battery drain and other issues when charging. There is a report too that a user was not able to charge and was under ten percent charging overnight. As the TV crew conducted their own tests, they've found out that the new replaced phones battery decreases too fast in only 39 minutes. 

Despite of the reports, Samsung did not confirm any of the registered cases. Friday, a spokesperson said, that the issue is "completely unrelated to batteries," and reported incidents are "isolated cases" that are unavoidable due to mass productions however Samsung is closely monitoring the matter.

Samsung promised to replace about half of the Galaxy Note 7 units in America, it's also more likely that customers in the U.S. are going to be cautious enough to buy this phone. If the issues is not resolved in due time, it might have a dwindling effect for Samsung and the mobile industry.
