Imitation may be the best form of flattery, that's what they say.  Well, Oceanhorn:Monster of Uncharted Seas might have something to say about it.

Oceanhorn:Monster Of Uncharted Seas maybe best known as Zelda's clone. However, this form of imitation is somewhat beautiful. Oceanhorn is more of like a tribute to the Legend that is Zelda.

A lot of games right now are leaning towards a futuristic heavy graphic approach. Gameplay is much more complicated than usual; and definitely a huge file and space eater on your computer or even on your PlayStation.

With Oceanhorn: Monster of Uncharted Seas, it brings back a nostalgic feeling and fresh breath of air in a world full of high-tech games. The game was actually released three years ago in iOS. The game was not properly advertised and did not make it that much in the market.

This game looks old but feels brand new. Oceanhorn, unquestionably patterned its gameplay to Zelda, from the basic sword attack and sailing through the deepest sea. If you would change Oceanhorn's protagonist costume to green, then you might be seeing Link from Legend of Zelda.

A Nintendo-like setting and a Nintendo-like game; but not on a Nintendo console. Weird right? That's the exact feeling when you play Oceanhorn: Monster of Uncharted seas.

Oceanhorn reminds you of the days when you and your friends were small kids. Everything about the game is polished. From its simple visuals, catchy soundtrack, basic story, and an easy gameplay. The voices on the game comprise of great voice talents such as Ray Chase, Kevan Brightning, and Fryda Wolf. So what's not to love about this game?

Yes, we all know it acquired some of its ideas or platforms from Zelda, but that is not at all a reason to hate such a beautiful game.
