Usher, Ludacris And Lil Jon Reunite On The Dancefloor At IHeartRadio Fest

The second and final night of the iHearRadio Music Festival on Sept. 24, Saturday was spiced up by an all-star cast of artists: The event started with Britney Spears' hot number and later wrapped up by R&B superstar Usher with his oldest friends, Lil Jon and Ludacris, joining force with him as they blew away their fans inside Las Vegas' T-Mobile Arena with a rocking finale.

The second night of the iHeartRadio Music Fest was described by fans and even the performing artists as a huge music event, putting all the big stars in the music industry on one stage.

Britney Spears fueled the fire at the Saturday event by reworking her 2013 music hit "Work B---." Spears then surprised the fans as she welcomed G-Eazy on stage, a day after the Life Is Beautiful Festival in Downtown Las Vegas. The duo delivered their top 20 Billboard Hot 100 hit "Make Me" then transitioned into G-Eazy's single, "Me, Myself & I," with Spears taking Bebe Rexha's part.

Usher came out later that night to surprise everyone with his appearance -- as most fans thought he will be missing the event. The R&B superstar was closing out night two and started his part of the show with the first single "Crash" from his just-released album Hard II Love. He followed this up with another hit from his new album, "No Limit."

"You haven't had any opportunity to see what it's like in Atlanta," Usher said to the Las Vegas crowd before him.

A bigger surprise was thrown at the fans as Lil Jon appeared on stage to play DJ/hypeman for Usher. His appearance got the audience wondering if the third piece of the trifecta will appear later on to join Usher and Lil Jon. And Ludacris has not disappointed the crowd when he came out to rap his verse and handle the song's closing refrain: "Please tell your lovers and friends that Usher, Jon and Luda had to do it again."

With the three coming together, the T-Mobile Arena heated up, now joining the trio in their "Peace up, A-Town down" number. The night didn't end without the 2004 Billboard Hot 100 No. 1 hit "Yeah!" that had taken everyone back in 2004, when the trio were the then biggest names in their field.

Other notable artists to take the stage were Backstreet Boys, Cage the Elephant, Ariana Grande, Magic's Nasri, and a lot more before Usher finally showed up for the final roll on the stage.

Other highlights included country duo Florida Georgia Line delivering their first song "How We Roll" before revealing their collaboration with the '90s favorite boy band Backstreet Boys. The latter performed four of their biggest hits starting off with "Everybody," later followed by their preview and promotional songs of their upcoming Las Vegas residency including "I Want It That Way," "As Long as You Love Me" and "Larger Than Life" (which the group also set as their Planet Hollywood Show title).

More thrills came up as Ariana Grande came out in her fancy sunglasses and oversized yellow coat while engaging everyone to her hit single "Into You." Her signature high ponytail was later unveiled as she sang "Break Free," which she also used to welcome on stage another musician, Zedd for a drum drum exhibition.

More artists came out to entertain the Las Vegas crowd when midnight came to welcome Usher who just came from the Global Citizen Festival in New York City.

The iHeartRadio Music Festival is a huge, two-day festival held each September, which started in 2011 and originally held in Paradise, Nevada. From 2011 to 2015, the festival was held at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Paradise, with Las Vegas Village added as an outdoor venue in 2013.
