Fallout 4 Update: Patch 1.7.19 Released; Updates Bethesa.net Mods

Although "Fallout 4" final DLC has only been released recently, it appears that Bethesda is already planning to support the game. The game's new patch is reported to affect all platforms and versions of the game.

"Fallout 4" update 1.7.19 is reported to have been developed to update Bethesda.net mods. However, no specific details have been provided to explain what it means, although the developer previously talked about improving the moderation tools available for mod authors.

The "Fallout 4" update is reportedly focused on fixing some issues in the latest DLC, like the strange bug that was discovered in Nuka-World, which is connected to The Grand Tour mission in the DLC. Based on reports, completing the mission was unlikely if the user had Gage as the active companion in the beginning of their quest; this strange bug was reportedly fixed in the update.

Other "Fallout 4" minor updates were given for the two other DLC - details regarding the changes made to Contraptions Workshop and Far Harbor were not provided. Nevertheless, the patch is already live for all platforms such as the PS4 that does not feature mod support due to Sony's refusal to allow mods work in the way that Bethesda planned, and that Sony was reportedly proposing heavy limitations on mod usage for the PS4 users.

To date, it is still unclear if Sony will allow Bethesda to give mods to their platform. However, the game developer is reported to support "Fallout 4" with patches, NeuroGadget reported.

Meanwhile, "Fallout 4" is reported to be the first game on Xbox One to use mods on console. Among these are The Unofficial Patch that straightens out as much kinks it can discover, The Cheat Mode Ultimate Holotape Menu that provides the basic things a player may expect, Full Dialogue Interface that piles up dialogue choices in full, Improved Maps and Visible Roads that notably increases the visibility of things on the screen among others.

"Fallout 4" players, however, should create a Bethesda account in order to access these mods that they can do from during the game on their Xbox, WindowsCentral reported.  Watch "Fallout 4 1.7.19" Update, Bethesda.net Mods Update & Fallout Shelter iOS Stickers | Bethesda News
