Clash of Clans Update: How To Stop Mass Attacks With New Upgradable Bomb Tower

Clash of Clans developer Supercell is set to introduced a defensive structure. The upcoming bomb tower can potentially stop mass attacks and also upgradable.

Bomb Tower Becomes Available for Town Hall Level Eight

Bomb Towers actually originated from another Supercell game, Clash Royale. The tower is manned by a bomb throwing skeleton soldier. Enemies attacking the tower will share the splash damage from the dropping bombs. The Bomb Tower is also booby trapped. Once destroyed, it explodes hopefully taking most if not all of its attackers. Supercell also released a short video clip introducing the new Bomb Tower. Clash of Clans players who have level eight Town Halls will be given the chance to build this new structure once its released in the game.

Bomb Tower Cost, Current Statistics and Maximum Number Allowable

Clash of Clans player with Town Hall level 8 who want the Bomb Tower will need to spend two million Gold. Those who want two of these defenses will have to upgrade their Town Hall to level 10.

The Bomb Tower at Level one can inflict a splash damage per second (DPS) of 24 hits. When it's destroyed, it can unleash a final damage of 150. Attackers will need 650 hit points to bring the Bomb Tower down. These statistics however, are not yet final. Supercell may change them when it finally unveils the Bomb Tower in the game.

Clash of Clans players who have level 10 Town Halls can build and upgrade two Bomb Towers up to level four. A level 11 Town Hall will allow players to upgrade the upcoming defense structures to level five.

Other Clash of Clans Updates

The possible counters for the Bomb Towers are the Witches who can summon armies of skeleton warriors. Meanwhile, the Hog Riders will no longer get 1.5x damages from Giant Bombs. Clash of Clans players will definitely see more upgrades and changes in the game real soon.
