The Witcher 3: Wildhunt Super Turbo Lighting Mod 2.3 Coming Soon

Projekt Red has released a lot of mods to The Witcher 3: Wildhunt already since its release. Fans have been so happy to tweak and do some of the things they want to do in the game. The latest mod released in this popular roleplaying game was the Super Turbo Lighting mod which players can use to tweak the game's lighting system to enable different types of visual experience. Recently, it has been announced that Project Red is going to released another new mod, which is the version 2.3 of the last one.

A modder named "essenthy" has recently shared some awesome screenshots from The Witcher game using the Super Turbo Lighting Mod 2.3. The modder revealed that he had found a new setting in the game which he nicknamed "gradient map." This setting enables the camera to zoom in allowing players to have a close-up look at the scene.

Aside from the close-up effect, the new The Witcher 3: Wildhunt feature also disables the projector effects behind Geralt Caves. That means players will have to use a torch in order to see inside the caves as it is literally dark. Essenthy also said that players can also use the cat potion here and allow the character sharper eyes in the dark. Other changes also include reduction of bad weather lighting, lighting in some cut-scenes, and the light rays will also be working properly when the new mode version is released.

However, there will be no major The Witcher 3: Wildhunt changes made to Toussaint, just minor tweaks only. At the moment, the latest version 2.2 changed the lighting at Skellige Island making the view more breathtaking than the original. The Super Turbo Lighting Mod is the only lighting mod designed for the game. The modder also made some tweaks with the Grim Lighting to make it more compatible with the STLM and adding more bloom and flare color changes.
