Destiny: Rise Of Iron Tips: How To Get To Lighthouse And Go Flawless In Trials Of Osiris

Destiny: Rise of Iron is scheduled to have its Trials of Osiris event on Friday, Oct. 14 until Tuesday, Oct. 18. This weekly Crucible event uses an Elimination game system and enables level advantages.

Guardians can only take part in Trials of Osiris by mustering up a Trials passage from Brother Vance in the Vestian Outpost. Afterwards, make your way to the Trials of Osiris playlist together with your Fireteam members. Here are tips to get to the Lighthouse in Mercury and go flawless in finishing Trials of Osiris.

Understand Trials Of Osiris Map

Understanding maps is very important in any Destiny event. Regardless if the map is from Year 1 or Year 3, players need to have a better understanding of the map that they are playing as it has a crucial role in reaching the Lighthouse.

By playing regular Crucible events, it greatly helps players to become familiar with different maps. Once the Trials of Osiris map arrives, take each trial one step at a time. Take note that there are a number of similar battles in the map which should be enough for players to be familiar with the map.

Establish Good Fireteam Coordination

In all team battles, coordination is key. Trials of Osiris can only be entered by pre-made team of three, so players have to make sure that the Fireteam has a good coordination. Take note as well that revives are very important so make sure at least two members of the team have Crest of Alpha Lupi on or any armor piece. It is also recommended that you look after orbs and cover them.

However, just recently, one player has made buzz in the Destiny department as he was able to manage carrying over his teammates to the Lighthouse flawlessly. His name is RealKraftyy. For the record, his Fireteam consists of his parents who were not so familiar with the game. This only means that it's not impossible to carry teammates over to Lighthouse.

Choose The Right Weapons

Weapons matter so much. Pulse rifles and hand cannon are good to use in Trials of Orisis battles. Scout rifles will also do, but it depends on how big the map is. Make sure that at least one member in the team is a sniper so when the other team has an orb down, that sniper can watch out for that orb from a distance. That Guardian though should not just focus on the orb. Other people might use shotgun to protect the orb in close quarter battles.

Bungie Shares Some Tips

Meanwhile, Bungie  is generous enough to share some helpful tips for the Fireteam to finish Trials of Osiris. First, purchase the Boon of Osiris, Mercy of Osiris and Favor of Osiris buffs with Passage Coins by scrutinizing Trials Passage. Second, win 5 and 7 matches on one Trials Passage to be awarded by the special Trials of Osiris armors and weapons. Lastly, match completion in Trials of Osiris will guarantee Fireteam the Trials of Osiris-themed armor even without winning the raid.
