"iZombie" Season 3 introduces a new character in the series and it looks like he's going to be Liv Moore's zombie love interest. Jason Dohring from the series "Veronica Mars" and "The Originals" will play as Chase Graves who is the brother-in-law of Vivian Stoll. Moreover, he could also be related to Fillmore Graves judging from their similar last name.

Episode 8 of the series "iZombie" titled "Eat a Kinevel" is said to be where Chase Grave will be introduced. He is believed to be a zombie too and Liv's new significant other. However, there has been no confirmation yet if he is a zombie but fans say he could be as Liv only considers having a relationship with zombies like herself.

Actress Rose McIver, who plays the role of Liz, revealed earlier that her character will definitely find new love in season 3 but it will not last long. And in Grave's case, their relationship may quickly end because of his affiliations with Fillmore Grave. Fillmore was first introduced in the finale of season 2 where he wishes to turn the whole Seattle into a zombie city. Liv and her gang have been against this from the start which could be the reason why she and Chase are just not meant to be.

Jason Dohring has not given any comments regarding his new character in the series but Rose McIver has retweeted a post from TV Guide Magazine that confirms Dohring as a part of the series cast.

"iZombie" series is a story about the life of zombie girl named Liv Moore and her unique ability to see visions of a victim's killer by eating their brains. With her in the series are actors David Anders, Robert Buckley, Rahul Kohli, and Aly Michalka. Season 3 is set to air in 2017 on CW.
