According to a news report, 37-year-old Katie Holmes wore what looked like a diamond engagement ring. The same ring was also seen last December during a party she attended. This sparked rumors that Jamie Foxx already asked Katie Holmes to marry him.

A source close to the couple mentioned that Katie and Jamie are really in love. The source said, "They're both such great parents, and they've been talking about starting a family together for awhile now. They added that fans should expect an announcement from the couple within the next couple months."

The source added, "They're slowly coming around to the idea of allowing their relationship to be known but they want to keep it private for as long as they can. They're so in love, and keeping it all quiet makes Katie that much more crazy about Jamie. She feels like she's hit gold with her new husband."

Rumor has it that Tom Cruise is not too happy about Katie having a new husband. An insider reported that Katie Holmes is scared that Tom might get angry if Suri gets a new father figure. It was also mentioned that due to her desperation to split up with Tom Cruise, she signed a contract that prevents her from dating anyone for five years after their divorce.

"She's allowed to date, but she cannot do so in a public fashion, and she's not supposed to let any boyfriend near their daughter, Suri," the insider said.
