The Most Valid Galaxy Note 7 Alternatives This Year: LG V20, S7 Edge, Pixel XL And More

If you're one of the people who are reluctant to surrender your Note 7, there's no reason to be sad. The market has quite a number of good phones to replace your beloved phablet. These smartphones may not offer you everything the Note 7 has, but they are also good alternatives at least until a new Samsung phablet comes out. Here's our list of this year's best Note 7 alternatives:

LG V20

The LG V20 is released just in time to offer a shoulder for Note 7 users to cry on. As Samsung discontinues their infamous phablet, LG makes the V20 available for everyone. Rumor has it that the V20 underwent thousands of tests before being mass-produced. According to Phone Arena LG put the V20 through 6000 "validation tests" to make sure that it's as safe and as good as it's advertised. You can get Korean version here.

Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge

The Galaxy S7 Edge is probably the nearest thing you'd get to a Note 7. It may not be as good of a phablet as the Note 7 since it lacks a stylus, but it's actually one of the best alternatives to the discontinued device. S7 Edge's interface quality is pretty much the same as the Note 7 and its top notch display is not something you'd see all the time. Google Pixel XL

The Pixel XL is one of the newest phones you can get at this point in time. It is Google-owned which pretty much means that it will continue to get Android updates even when its batch mates get outdated, at least based on an Android Police report. It is also competitively spec'd making it one of your best options this year. You can get Google Pixel XL Phone 128GB here.

Apple iPhone 7

If you don't mind shifting to iOS, the iPhone 7 and 7 Plus are quite sweet deals. These two phones have impressive waterproof bodies and the 7 Plus is equipped with a dual-cam system. The iPhone 7 and 7 Plus may not be competitive when it comes to battery size and display quality, but they are undeniably two of the most popular premium phones this year. HTC 10

The HTC 10 is HTC's best phone so far. It runs smoothly using Snapdragon 820 and it also comes with an impressive display of 565 pixels per inch density. The HTC 10 may have been launched earlier this year, but it's still one of the best premium phones up to now.You can get HTC 10 unlocked smartphone 32 GB here.

Affordable Androids

If you're looking to buy a cheaper Note 7 alternative as you wait for a new Samsung phablet, there are three options that come to mind. Take note that affordability doesn't always compromise quality. This is quite applicable to the OnePlus 3, ZTE Axon 7 and Xiaomi Mi 5s. The OnePlus 3 is most notable for its 6 GB RAM and smooth performance. It is equipped with a Snapdragon 820 processor and an impressive 16 MP/8 MP camera combo.

The ZTE Axon 7 is also equally good. It is likewise powered by the mentioned processor and it comes with 4 GB RAM. It has an impressive 20 MP rear cam and a satisfying 8 MP front cam. The Xiaomi Mi 5s, on the other hand, is also a valid option. It is a bit smaller in display size but boasts of its 3D Touch display. It's also just as powerful as most of today's Android phones.
