Netflix’s New TV Shows And Movies In November 2016

As October ends, the streaming giant, Netflix welcomes another batch of new tv shows and movies to its millions of viewers. Indeed, the network is highly commendable for launching films and series that are nothing short of entertainment from emotional dramas to powerful actions.

While the long list is more than enough to treat the network’s subscribers, we highlight the most interesting titles along with their stunning storylines.

 “The Crown” Season 1
According to International Business Times, “The Crown” is a highly anticipated British series that focuses on the life of Queen Elizabeth II. It is set to premiere with the queen’s wedding in 1947 and eventually follows her to the present day. It stars Claire Foy of “Wolf Hall” as the Queen while “Doctor Who” alum Matt Smith plays Prince Philip. John Lithgow rounds out the cast as Winston Churchill.

 “Gilmore Girls: A Year in the Life”
The entire gang of Sars Hollow is so back! Led by Lorelai (Lauren Graham) and Rory (Alexis Bledel), the show’s revival catches up with the ladies about eight years after the original series ended, so expect major changes when the dramedy returns on your tv screens.

A previous report mentioned that Rory will still be single in the revival and is likely to end up with one of her ex-beaus, Jess or Logan. Dean is only going to have a minor appearance in the upcoming show since actor Jared Padalecki is busy filming for "Supernatural." Luke and Lorelai are still together.

“The 100” Season 3
This post-apocalyptic CW drama is a hidden gem. Aside from the devastating killings, the third installment is filled with important moments and really pushed the characters to their limits. After the battle against Mt. Weather was won, the prisoners are seemingly at peace. However, peace never seems to last for long.

“Just Friends”
Chris (Ryan Reynolds) spent years in love with his best friend, Jamie (Amy Smart), but she only sees him as a plain pal. He leaves town, but when he returns a decade later, he rocks impressive abs, a successful career job, and a famous girlfriend (Anna Faris) but he still longs for Jamie.

 “Boyhood”
Interestingly, this Oscar-winning film took over a decade to complete its shooting. Directed by Richard Linklater, the story follows Mason Evans Jr. (Ellar Coltrane) from ages 6 to 18. The boy starts high school and hits all the typical adolescent milestones. It may not be a flashy concept, but the audience can expect superb performances of the entire cast.

“Burn After Reading”
The black comedy is led by Linda Litzke (Frances McDormand) and Chad Feldheimer (Brad Pitt) find the memoir of a former CIA analyst (John Malkovich), and they think this will lead them to everything that they wished for. Joel and Ethan Cohen penned the script.
