World Of Final Fantasy is Square Enix's latest offering from their huge franchise. What's interesting about it is that not only does it feature the most loved characters from past titles, it also showcases them in chibi form. It is only here that you'll get to see Sephiroth in his most un-menacing look.

World Of Final Fantasy features these characters as Champions that the player can summon. They will help you in your journey within Grymoire. There are about 14 Champions in total with each one having their own ability. Check them out:

World Of Final Fantasy Champions Guide: Warrior Of Light

Warriors of Light regularly make appearances in Final Fantasy titles. They were first mentioned in Final Fantasy, then in Final Fantasy III, then on several other installments. Now, you can expect them on the latest Final Fantasy XV and right here in World Of Final Fantasy.

Warrior of Light will be unlocked after you meet The Girl Who Forgot Her Name in Chapter 5, per GamesWiki. Its skill DPS (damage-per-second) Oversoul skill deals neutral damage and bypasses enemies' defense. It also provides defense to allies. It costs 1 Star and 2 Arma Gems.

World Of Final Fantasy Champions Guide: Refia

Refia first appeared in the Final Fantasy III 3D remake. She is a healer and affiliated with Warriors of Light. She also appeared in other titles.

Refia will be unlocked in Chapter 8. Her healing skill Healight Light does just that - heals. It will give HP to allies and at the same time, removes status ailments. It costs 1 Star and 2 Arma Gems.

The martial artist Tifa Lockhart is more popularly known from Final Fantasy VII, in which she first appeared. Although she appeared in other titles as well.

Tifa will be unlocked at the end of Chapter 10. She has a DPS skill called Final Heaven that deals neutral damage and bypasses enemies' defense, similar to Warrior of Light. However, she provides strength to allies rather than defense. It costs 1 Star and 2 Arma Gems.

Then there's Snow Villiers, the reckless hero from Final Fantasy XIII. He went through so much and those scenes with Serah are heartbreaking. Now, he'll help you in World Of Final Fantasy.

Snow will unlock at the end of Chapter 12. His DPS/Support skill Sovereign Fist deals magical ice damage, which is apt for his name. It also bypasses defense and provides defense to his allies. It costs 1 Star and 2 Arma Gems.

Lightning, the sister of Serah. She is the star of Final Fantasy XIII, which means she fought alongside Snow.

Lightning will unlock at the end of Chapter 13, after escaping the underground prison to the Girl's Room. Her DPS skill Gestalt Drive deals neutral physical damage and bypasses defense. Similar to Tifa, she also gives strength to allies. It costs 1 Star and 2 Arma Gems.

Squall is undoubtedly one of the most popular Final Fantasy protagonists to date. He is the main hero of Final Fantasy VIII, in which his love team with Rinoa became an icon of the franchise.

Squall will be unlocked at the end of Chapter 14. His Lion Heart DPS/Support skill deals neutral physical damage and bypasses defense. It also provides accuracy to allies. It costs 1 Star and 2 Arma Gems.

Shelke Rui, a member of the Tsviets, is from Dirge of Cerberus - Final Fantasy VII -. She appeared as a boss in the title's Chapter 4.

Shelke will unlock at the end of Chapter 15. She has a Healing skill called Countertek that will restore HP and at the same time, removes status ailments. It costs 1 Star and 2 Arma Gems.

World Of Final Fantasy Champions Guide: Bartz

Bartz is affiliated with Warriors of the Light. In fact, he is a Light Warrior, chosen by the Crystals themselves. He is the main hero in Final Fantasy V, but he has appeared numerously in other titles as well.

Bartz will unlock at the end of Chapter 16. The DPS/Support skill Clash on Big Bridge deals neutral physical damage and bypasses defense. It also provides evasion and accuracy to allies. It costs 2 Stars and 2 Arma Gems.

World Of Final Fantasy Champions Guide: Cloud

Cloud Strife is one of the most iconic characters in the whole franchise. He first appeared in Final Fantasy VII and now we'll get to see him again soon in the HD remake.

Cloud will unlock at the end of Chapter 17. Omnislash, his DPS/Support skill, deals neutral physical damage and bypasses defense. It also provides strength to allies. It costs 2 Stars and 2 Arma Gems.

Celes Chere is a Magitek knight in Final Fantasy VI. Despite her fragile look, she is actually a General.

Celes will also unlock at the end of Chapter 17. The DPS skill Runic deals magical ice damage and bypasses defense. It also restores AP of allies. It costs 2 Stars and 2 Arma Gems.

From Final Fantasy X, we have Tidus who was an unaware blitzball player from Zanarkand. But it all changed when Sin attacked. Him and Yuna is also one of the most famous pairing of the franchise.

Tidus will unlock at the end of Chapter 18. His DPS skill Blitz Ace deals neutral physical damage and bypasses defense. It also provides evasion to his allies. It costs 1 Star and 2 Arma Gems.

World Of Final Fantasy Champions Guide: Shantotto

Shantotto, who didn't need to go to World Of Final Fantasy to be chibi, first appeared in Final Fantasy XI. Despite her small stature though, she holds herself in high regard.

Shantotto will unlock at the end of Chapter 18. The Magic Burst! DPS/Support skill deals magical damage and bypasses defense. It also provides magic to allies.

World Of Final Fantasy Champions Guide: Yuna

Now you can summon the summoner Yuna. Her mesmerizing eyes with Heterochromia will certainly leave a mark on players - with or without Tidus.

Yuna will unlock upon receiving the airship at Chapter 20. Her Healing skill Sending revives allies and restores HP to the max. It costs 1 Star and 2 Arma Gems.

World Of Final Fantasy Champions Guide: Terra

The Magitek Elite Terra Branford made an appearance in Final Fantasy VI. She also became a playable character in several other titles from the franchise.

Terra will unlock upon receiving the airship at Chapter 20. The DPS/Support skill Magitek Laser deals neutral physical damage and bypasses damage. It also provides magic to allies. It costs 1 Star and 2 Arma Gems.

Unfortunately, we can't summon Moogles.
