Honda WR-V Jazz Crossover Readies For Global Debut, Releases Official Teaser

Honda, one of the leading automakers in the auto industry had released official sketches last month of their upcoming Honda WR-V Jazz Crossover. Now only a few days away from its global debut at the Auto Show in Sao Paolo on Nov. 8, 2016, the automaker has released another image to tease the world.

What Is Under The Veil?

The teaser image showed the WR-V situated in the dark with its head lights on, covered with a dark veil with nothing else visible aside from badge of Honda located in the front grille of the vehicle. Team-BHP however, reported there have already been details that were shown during the previous official sketch released by the automaker. The same report stated that larger front bumpers are to be expected along with chrome grille, a large air dam and some new swept-back headlamps.

What Else?

In a report given by Overdrive, the Honda WR-V will also come with the same lines found on the side of the Honda Jazz. Features like roof rails, flared wheel arches and higher ground clearance will also be found on the Honda WR-V. As for the rear features, no details have been revealed yet.

Expected Specifications And Launch Date

It has been reported by both Overdrive and Team-BHP that the Honda WR-V will possibly come with the 1.5-litre diesel and the 1.2-litre petrol engines that are also found in the Honda Jazz Hatchback. As for its launch date, it has been confirmed that it will be launching in India next year but the exact date of the launch has not yet been disclosed.

Other Things Honda Has Going

While the Honda WR-V is a promising choice for SUVs, some people are into smaller cars. The Honda Civic Type-R is one of the many choices consumers may consider looking into.
