‘Ocean's Eight' Female Cast Is Up For The Challenge; Tom Cruise Is Deeply In Love With One Of The Cast

Probably one of the most star-studded movie in history. Ocean's Eight is a spin-off of the Ocean's Trilogy. It is an upcoming American crime drama directed by Gary Ross.

The movie will be produced by Warner Bros. Pictures; and their target release date will be on June 8, 2018. The original plan was for them to release Ocean's Fourteen but immediately downplayed it due to the death of their co-star and Stand Up Comedy legend, Bernie Mac. However, that didn't stop the production team to release a new movie in line with the original.

Change From "Ocean's Ocho" to "Ocean's Eight"

Before we unveil the confirmed cast of the massive movie, during the pre-production, it was reported that they were going to name the movie Ocean's Ocho. The reason behind it is to give more distinctive flavor and a catchy title for the fans to recognize. However, when they already started the casting, they went on to use the original title; which is Ocean's Eight.

Introducing The Women Of Ocean's Eight

To be honest we didn't know where to start the introductions as these ladies are considered the best on their craft. But here it goes, starting with the ageless Sandra Bullock. The Miss Congeniality star will play the role as the sister of George Clooney. She will be introduced as the leader of the pack and will be the eyes and ears of every mission.
We also have veteran actresses Cate Blanchett, Sarah Paulson and Harry Potter's own, Helena Bonham Carter as part of the movie. Joining them are pop star icon Rihanna, comedian Mindy Kaling, Award Winning Actress, Anne Hathaway, former child star Dakota Fanning and rapper Awkwafina.

Tom Cruise And His New Flame

The last serious relationship of Tom Cruise was almost a decade ago and that would be with ex-wife Katie Holmes. Now, a lot of witnesses states that he and one of the actresses in Ocean's Eight is getting serious. He didn't acknowledge the rumors but action speaks louder than words.
