"General Hospital" may have numerous plotlines right now but the secret surrounding Charlotte's birth is one of the biggest mysteries. Claudette's (Bree Williamson) child had been introduced to three men and each could possibly be her father.

The latest paternity test revealed that Griffin (Matt Cohen) is not the father which means that Valentin (James Patrick Stuart) is the most likely candidate. Plus, he didn't have qualms about giving Anna a blood sample to conduct a paternity test. This indicates that he is confident that the results will show that he is indeed the father.

Who Is Valentin?

Valentin Cassadine is Mikkos Cassadine's son but that's the extent of what everyone knows about his identity. However, it is possible that Valentin is the son of Charlotte Devane, the crime boss who was so notorious that she was rumored to have controlled her affairs behind prison bars. Although there was news that she died of a stroke in prison, there's no tangible proof that she passed away. Plus, there's the theory that she could be Valentin's mother.

Another coincidence that seems to prove that Charlotte is Valentin's birth mother is the fact that Valentin's daughter has a name similar to the crime boss. This could be an indication that Valentin knew who his mother was and named his child after the woman who gave birth to him.

"General Hospital" Upcoming Episodes

As a recap of one of the earlier episodes, Valentin took out a box and inside there's a picture of a younger Anna Devane. There was an instance when Anna went to Pine Valley to protect her twin sister from the clutches of the crime boss Charlotte. Ultimately, Charlotte ended up in prison where she supposedly died.

Valentin could be Anna's brother and at the same time he could also be a cousin. Plus it is also possible that the show will reveal Valentin to be the heir to the Cassadine Empire. As of the moment, however, there are many possibilities when it comes to what will happen next in "General Hospital" and this is just one of them.
