'Stranger Things' Season 2 Spoilers: Will Byers Infected By Demogorgons? Gains Eleven's Power?

As fans await the coming of "Stranger Things Season 2", spoilers and prediction have been popping out left and right. In one of the recent interview with the series' director, Shawn Levy, he sets the record straight and finally gives clues of what to expect in the upcoming season.

According to the director of "Stranger Things", Will Byers stayed in the other world for quite some time so the next season will show if he wants to return or does he want to remain normal in Hawkins. Based on what was shown in the last season, all that's in the other world is pure sadness and almost draining the life out of Will. This makes audience speculate that maybe something happened to Will in the other world that wasn't shown in season 1. One reason why Will would even consider going back is if he is already infected by Demogorgon and could be slowly transforming like one of them.

Levy also mentioned that Will could be struggling to live a normal life now that he is back in his old ways. The director emphasizes "the struggle to reclaim normalcy and maybe the impossibility of it." Does this mean Will is now a completely different person? Someone like Eleven? It can be remembered that Eleven is very familiar with the powers of a Demogorgon and what it is they do to the beings they encounter. Could it be that Will now has the same powers like Eleven does in "Stranger Things Season 2"?

No one knows for sure what will happen in the "Stranger Things Season 2" and there is no announcement yet when it will air. All that is certain, based on the clues given by Levy, is that Byers family will be struggling to go back to their normal life and the supernatural experience could be coming back for Will.
