Unlocking Stilton's Manor on Dishonored 2 can be done in two ways. You can opt to collaborate with either the howler gang or the Overseers to take down Jindosh, or simply solve Jindosh's door code. It is highly recommended to do the latter because apart from it being less tedious, solving Jindosh lock puzzle will earn you "Eureka" achievement/trophy. Dishonored 2 - Jindosh Lock Puzzle

The lock puzzle on Jindosh's door is in Mission 6: Dust District. You cannot make your way through Stilton's Manor without taking him out. To solve the door puzzle, you simply have to encode the following names and heirlooms in this specific order-Family: Winslow, Natsiou, Marcola, Finch, Contee; Heirloom: Bird, Ring, Caviar, Diamond, Medal.

Take note that it should be easier to solve the puzzle than it looks at far because the codes only appear once. Always remember not to duplicate a name or an heirloom image. Once unlocked, the door to Stilton's Manor will open and you will be rewarded with a "Eureka" achievement/trophy.

Dishonored 2 - Power Up Electroshock Machine

Meanwhile, electroshock machine seems to be a major roadblock for you to get through the puzzle. After meeting Jindosh, you have two options on how to kill him. First is by simply defeating him with all your strength. Second is by putting him in the electroshock machine and execute him. If you choose the second option, you have to make sure that the machine is powered up enough to kill Jindosh. To do this, flip the switch beside to the electric chair he is sitting. Two terminals herewill show you power options. The machine needs seven so you have to choose Anatomy & Optics and that should be enough.
