According to News Everyday, viewers from all over the world depended on the 'Rick and Morty' Season 2 to conclude as to when the third installment would be shown. They also believe that the release is getting nearer by the day as the production process is reportedly finished already.

However, sources told that 'Rick and Morty' Season 3 would revolve around Rick being imprisoned at the Galactic Federation. He will do everything just to be free and would try to escape with the help of Evil Morty Smith and Mrs. Sanchez. Could Rick still go back to earth with his family or will he fail?

Fans should also look forward to an update of Beth and Jerry's relationship. News speculated that the two would put an end on their marriage and would call it quits. It is expected that the premiere of the 'Rick and Morty' Season 3 would be released before this year ends but Inverse stated otherwise. It also reiterated that all the rumors spreading that the writing was already finished is never true.
