According to the reports, Vivo, one of the top phone manufacturing companies has launched its latest smartphone, the Vivo V5. The price of this smartphone is PHP 12, 990 ($261). It is currently labeled as the best selfie smartphone in the world. Why? Here are the specs and features based on GSM Arena:

Network. The Vivo V5 has 3 networks. For the 2G band network, it is GSM. For the 3G band, it is HSPDA. Lastly, for the 4G band, it is LTE.
Body. Body dimensions of the Vivo V5 are 153.8 x 75.5 x 7.6 mm. Body weight is 154 g. The casing can come in two colors: gold and gray.
Display. Display type is IPS LCD capacitive touchscreen, 16M colors. Display size is 5.5 inches. Display resolution is 720 x 1280 pixels. Its display screen is protected with a Corning Gorilla Glass.
Platform. OS of the Vivo V5 is Android OS, v6.0 (Marshmallow). CPU is 1.8 GHz Octa-core processor. Chipset is MediaTek, MT6750. And lastly, GPU is Mali T860 - GSM-Specs.
Memory. Card slot is microSD up to 256 GB (uses SIM 2 slot). Internal memory is 32 GB and 4 GB RAM.

With the growing demand for high quality images and videos, the Vivo V5 can really cater to the needs of people who are quite fond of taking pictures and videos, especially the ones who will go to such lengths in taking a selfie which in some cases cost them their lives. Also, instead of using the mirror or asking for someone to take your picture with your phone's rear camera for higher quality, the Vivo V5 makes that unnecessary because of its 20 MP front camera.
