Square Enix just recently launched Final Fantasy XV, adding to a growing number of Final Fantasy series. Many fans today are collecting all of the Final Fantasy games. However, players kept comparing each game, trying to find out the best one of all. There are different opinions for the fans, whether the old school is the best one or the modern versions of the game.
Final Fantasy I
The old school retro style of this game is very amazing. It clearly justifies how much changes it has gone through as of now. Considering that this is the origin of Final Fantasy, newcomers to the Final Fantasy series might want to try this one, which is going to be an amazing experience.
Final Fantasy VII
It is no question that Final Fantasy VII is the favorite game in the series. Awesome characters, as well as great story, will be experienced in this game. It is the starting point of the series to be more futuristic. Fans might not want to miss fighting Sephiroth with the Omni Blade, which is one of the signature moments of Final Fantasy VII.
Final Fantasy VIII
This game made many gamers shed real tears due to its heartwarming love story on top of its ridiculously good main storyline. Thanks to the rivalry of Squall and Seifer, the dramatic feel of the game is enhanced. Moreover, Final Fantasy VIII has one of the best weapon types in the series, making it such worth it of a try.
Final Fantasy XI Online
This is the first online game of the series, making this game very different from all other Final Fantasy games. The story of the MMO relies on histories from the past versions. This game offers an amazing combat, especially when fighting together with another player.
Final Fantasy XV
This is the latest title in the Final Fantasy series. There are a lot of negative critiques of this game coming from early players. However, it still has not been released to the public yet. It still has a chance to redeem itself with the Day One Patch.
Final Fantasy XV will be available to play on PS4 and Xbox One when it launches tomorrow, Nov. 29.
