Lenovo is back at it again in the smartphone market with the Phab 2 Pro device. As per recent news, this new Lenovo device has already been made available in Europe for a price of about $520 USD. The Phab 2 Pro is pretty much a VR/AR-based device and it is stuffed with a bunch of sensors and cameras, making it an ultimate app/game-designed smartphone.

Lenovo Phab 2 Pro Specs

The Phab 2 Pro is undeniably a phablet. Aside from the fact that its name has already given that away, it is also way bigger than most phablets. This device has a 6.4-inch screen with 1440 x 2560 resolution, which is quite satisfying for those who love premium smartphone displays. As for the device's internals, it comes with a Snapdragon 652 processor and an Adreno 510 GPU. Its RAM size is 4GB and its internal storage is 64 GB. The Lenovo Phab 2 Pro has also been equipped with a microSD slot.

This device also comes with a 16 MP rear cam and two more back cameras for 3D images, Phone Arena reported. An 8 MP front camera is also found on the Phab 2 Pro alongside a 4050 mAh battery and a Type C USB port. As expected, this device also has a fingerprint scanner. GSM Arena says that this device has an FM radio, a 3.5 mm jack with Dolby Atmos audio enhancement and two color options of Gunmetal Grey and Champagne Gold.

Lenovo Phab 2 Pro Price

As mentioned, the UK market has this device for about $520 USD. The US market also has the Phab 2 Pro at around the same price. This VR-designed device has been launched in the US, first of November, with a price tag of $499.99. So far this phone's edge is its VR-based design, so it would be interesting to see app developers work specifically for VR-based smartphones.
