Chevrolet Reveals 2018 Equinox Price

The Chevrolet 2018 Equinox is set to arrive next spring and a lot of people are already excited about it. Given this fact, many have been anticipating the announcement for the price of the new model to see if it is within their budget. According to a report from Torque News, the Chevrolet 2018 Equinox has a starting price of $24,475 with destination fee included.
The 2018 Equinox Specs
The Chevrolet 2018 Chevrolet will be equipped with a 1.5-liter four-cylinder turbocharged engine that can deliver 170 horsepower and 203 pound-feet of torque. This is paired with a six-speed automatic transmission that will send the power through a standard front wheel drive (FWD) drivetrain. An optional all-wheel drive (AWD) will also be available as reported. Accordingly, the 2018 Equinox will also have an option for a 2.0-liter turbo-four that can crank out 252 horsepower and 260 pound-feet and will be paired with an exclusive six-speed automatic transmission.
Buyers May Want To Hold Out
The good news does not end from Chevrolet revealing the price of its 2018 Equinox, as the automaker also announced that a diesel engine is also on the way. Given this fact, buyers may want to hold out from purchasing the 2018 Equinox upon its arrival. According to a report from Automobile Magazine, a 1.6-liter Inline-four turbodiesel will arrive in the second quarter of 2017 for the 2018 Equinox. The diesel engine has an estimated capability of 136 horsepower and 236 pound-feet of torque.

For those that want an economic 2018 Equinox, the diesel engine is an obvious choice. For those that want more power however, they get to choose between two powerful engines. With the price revealed and the choices being laid out, buyers certainly have the upper hand.
