Overwatch Christmas Event Title Leaked: Winter Wonderland?

It's officially confirmed that the Overwatch Christmas Event will launch starting tomorrow. But despite the event nearing, we've only been given a couple of hints for what's to come - until today. Here's what we know so far for the first Overwatch Christmas Event.

Overwatch Christmas Event: Winter Wonderland

A Reddit thread has shown the upcoming title for Overwatch's first Christmas Event and it has an enticing ring on it - Winter Wonderland. The leak came from the official Russian Overwatch group, VK which also highlighted the same teasers like what you can find on Facebook and Twitter but the main difference is that, the gif-file was named: OW_WinterWonderland_Postcard-Facebook_RU_RU_640x459.gif

You can clearly see the Winter Wonderland title for the gif which definitely implies the title for the upcoming event. As of the time of this writing, Overwatch has yet to officially announce the upcoming Christmas Event and thus, we can only speculate. But we can all agree that it has a nice ring to it much like the Halloween Terror last month.

Overwatch Christmas Event: What to Expect?

Blizzard indeed wrapped up their surprise quite nicely this time around as the studio didn't reveal further details for the upcoming event. PVPLive has shown several concept arts for your favorite heroes and it has cute yet sleek look on it - especially Soldier 76. Despite being unofficial, Blizzard is known for hearing ideas and concept arts from its community. Hopefully we'll get one from the list!

Aside from the skins, we still have no news for the upcoming modes for the Christmas Event. For now, we can only wait what Blizzard has in stored for us tomorrow! The expected release date is on December 13th around 12 to 5 p.m. EST. So saved your alarms ready!
