"Naruto Shippuden" episodes 486 and 487 are still about Sasuke's mission to uncover the culprit behind the missing shinobi and the exploding humans. In episode 486, Sasuke meets Fuushin who has been hiding behind Nowaki's identity. The Kekkei Genkai users will try to gauge each other's power in episode 487.
"Naruto Shippuden" Episode 486 Recap: Fuushin
"Naruto Shippuden" episode 486 opened with Sasuke's fight in the Coliseum. However, it was interrupted by exploding humans. After the situation was controlled, Orochimaru thought that Oyashiro will leave but the arms dealer remained since he was curious about Sasuke. Oyashiro made Sasuke realize that the attackers were after him. With this new knowledge, Sasuke tried to ask Oyashiro about what he knows of the attacks and of Fuushin who used to be part of his guard unit.
Oyashiro shared that Fuushin was banished from the Land of Water because people were afraid of his Kekkei Genkai. He did not stay long with Oyashiro and he ran away with someone from the Chinoike Clan who possessed bloodshot eyes that manifested their ability to use the Ketsuryugan. The Chinoike clan was persecuted and exiled to Hell Valley. The clan tried asking for help from the Uchiha clan but they were rejected. Given the circumstances, Sasuke made his way to Hell Valley to uncover the truth.
Shortly after arriving at Hell Valley, Sasuke was attacked but the assailant was not Fuushin. After looking into the memories of the shinobi, Sasuke realized that Fuushin is Nowaki and that the man behind the attacks has been hiding behind a different appearance.
"Naruto Shippuden" Episode 487 Spoilers: The Ketsuryugan
In "Naruto Shippuden" Episode 487, the fourth part of Sasuke's journey, the last member of the Uchiha clan comes face to face with Fuushin. Sasuke did not expect that Fuushin has been pretending to be Nowaki and Fuushin informs him that people who possess the Kekkei Genkai are special. Fuushin further explains that possessing the kind of power that they have often caused fear and they are perceived as evil.
Sasuke asks Fuushin to tell him the entire story but Fuushin replied that he will blow up Sasuke first. With Fuushin's identity revealed, Sasuke will also learn that Chino is the last member of the feared Chinoike clan. Sasuke will uncover what happened in the past between the Chinoike clan and the Uchiha clan.
"Naruto Shippuden" episode 487 is scheduled to air on Thursday, Dec. 22.
